    Sleep is a necessity in life, yet sleep disturbances, in particular insomnia, have been steadily increasing worldwide, affecting almost 40% of the population and disturbingly a large proportion of children, due primarily to our modern lifestyle.

    This webinar will examine the Western and Chinese concepts about sleep. The Chinese energetics and in particular the role of the internal synchronizers, the “Extraordinary” vessels will be emphasized, as well as the diagnosis and treatment protocols for the various sleep disorders.
